2006 GREENLIP Port Lincoln Cabernet Sauvignon
Bright red. Cassis, extremely varietal wine. Blackberry and dark cherry. This wine is very pure and shows classic Cabernet flavours. The maritime climate of the Lincoln Estate vineyard assists to produce Cabernet that we think in time will rival the great Cabernet regions of Australia. Drinkable now, however the wine suggest it will benefit from 608 years cellaring.
14.5% alc/vol - Bottled in June 2007 - 2000 doz made.

2004 GREENLIP Port Lincoln Cabernet Sauvignon
This is a serious Cabernet. The full flavours from the vineyard some through in this wine, and the low cropping levels from the 2004 vintage in the Greenlip vineyard show through in the concentration of Mulberry and sweet plum fruit.
14% alc/vol - Bottled in August 2005 - 500 doz made.
